Q: You are selling goods as an affiliate for Northerntool. Why should I buy from you and not directly from them?

A: Whether you the products from Northerntool or from myself, you get the same product, same great price, same warranty, and the exact same great price guarantee. I just happen to make money helping another company sell their great products.

Q: How safe is it to buy online with a credit card?

A: We realize the importance in our customers having the same confidence when using credit cards online as they do when ordering by phone. That is why data encryption is used to ensure that your online purchase is safe. That means when you shop online, you're buying with confidence.

Q: Will my personal/business information be private?

A: Absolutely! We know how intrusive some other websites can be. We do not distribute any personal information including credit card info, personal buying habits, and of course email addresses. In addition, you do not have to register to use this site. That is what many e-commerce sites will do so they can market your e-mail address. Rest assured, we will keep your information private.

A: Yes. You can them for your own personal use. These projects cannot be copied in part or in whole for re-publishing purposes. They are copyright protected.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: An item's temporarily backordered status is indicated after the product description in your shopping cart. An item is in stock, unless you see Temporarily Backordered in the Status column.

Q: I am signed for your newsletter, can I opt out?

A: Yes. You may opt out at any time. Just send an email with "remove" in the subject to: newsletter@weldingprojectsandweldingsupplies.com.

Q: What is your low price quarantee?

A: If within 30 days of your online purchase, you find the identical product nationally advertised for less by one of our competitors, we will refund to you 110% of the difference! Nationally advertised low prices found online must be printed out completely with proof of competitor's name and the offer's expiration date clearly visible. Valid on retail price of item only, not on shipping and/or handling charges. No close-outs, misprints, or liquidations. Also, not valid on Member Club pricing, or on items that have Free Shipping. Item must be identical make and model#.

Q: How do you calculate the total cost of my order?

A: The total cost of your order is the price of your items, plus shipping cost, plus sales tax for orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin. South Carolina residents. These residents must also pay tax on shipping. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
